Holyrood Height of Arrows Gin is a Dry Gin that is limited to just three ingredients: juniper, salt from the Isle of Skye and beeswax are on the list of ingredients that are added after distillation. The bottle of this Gin creation, which has already won a design award, reflects the history of the brand. It is inspired by the sloping sides of Arthur's Seat, the city of Edinburgh's local mountain, and the light-coloured lichen that covers the landmark and embodies the nature that surrounds the Holyrood Distillery from Edinburgh.

De Distilleerderij: Holyrood
Die Holyrood Distillery ist die erste Whisky Brennerei im Zentrum von Edinburgh seit über 100 Jahren. Sie wurde in einem ehemaligen Güterbahnhof aus dem Jahr 1831 gebaut. Neben Single Malt Whisky produziert die Brennerei auch eine Reihe an Gins und Likören.
