This set contains three different small bottles from the Aberfeldy distillery. Included are 200ml each of the 12 year old Aberfeldy that matured in oak casks, a 16 year old Aberfeldy that matured in sherry casks and the popular Aberfeldy 21 year.

Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, born on 8 May 1754 in Corralejo de Hidalgo, is considered the leader of the Mexican independence movement and the "father of modern-day Mexico". Every bottle of Corralejo tequila bears symbols of Mexican identity: the first flag of independent Mexico with an eagle, cactus and snake as well as Hidalgo's signature. The Corralejo distillery, which opened in 1996, is located in the highlands of Guanajuato near Pénjamo and is one of Mexico's leading tequila producers. The agaves are harvested by hand on site, matured for 6-15 years and cooked for 27 hours in a traditional stone oven at 93 °C with steam, followed by a 12-hour resting period. The juice is extracted in eight mills, fermented and distilled twice: first in columns for purification, then in copper pot stills to develop the flavour. This tasting set is the ideal way to get to know the tequilas in all their diversity.
