Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland

No shipping costs for orders over 150 CHF!

For orders up to 150 CHF we charge shipping costs of 19.95 CHF.

You will find the calculation of the shipping costs in the shopping basket above the total amount or before completing the order.

Delivery by DDP shipping

We dispatch your order from Germany by DDP shipping with Swiss Post.

DDP stands for "Delivery-Duty-Paid" and means that all costs incurred are already paid when the order is placed and the statutory VAT, customs duties, customs charges and other costs incurred on importation are handled by us.

This means that you will not incur any additional costs upon receipt of the parcel!

Delivery time

The delivery time is usually between 3-6 days.

After a weekend with many incoming orders, it may take a little longer. We process your orders from Monday to Friday. Orders from Friday 9.00 am to Monday 9.00 am are only processed on Monday, our office is closed at the weekend. Delivery can therefore take place on Tuesday at the earliest.

If you have a tight deadline, please let us know your desired dispatch date in the "Desired dispatch date" field when you place your shop order. We will then dispatch your parcel exactly on this date, so that it will usually arrive around 3-6 working days later.

As soon as your goods leave our premises, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with which you can track your parcel.
