Michter's Bomberger's Declaration was bottled in honour of the Bomberger's distillery, which became known as Michter's in the 20th century. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is matured partly in Chinquapin oak barrels and partly in American white oak barrels. The chinquapin oak barrels are naturally air-dried and left to rest for three years before being flamed and charred inside according to precise specifications. Both types of barrel are then matured in warehouses for 5 to 6 years in specific heat cycles before they are ready to be stacked. The small batch is then bottled at 108 proof, i.e. 54% vol.

This 14-year-old Single Malt from the Islay distillery Bruichladdich matured in a single Bourbon cask, was bottled in small quantities as a limited special edition and is available exclusively at Whisky.de. The Islay whisky is neither re-coloured nor chill-filtered and is bottled at 55.8% vol. at cask strength. The Micro-Provenance series consists of an experimental series of carefully selected single cask bottlings, curated by Head Distiller Adam Hannett. These casks reflect the core principles of Bruichladdich, as the distillery's focus is on quality over quantity. In addition, the importance of origin and a focus on Taste rather than age is emphasised. Each bottling represents a snapshot from the extensive cask stock, which Adam Hannet has selected specifically and with particular care. The single cask bottlings in the Micro Provenance range are rare and only available in small quantities.

This whisky rarity from the Tobermory Distillery was bottled exclusively for the Wu Dram Clan by independent bottler Murray McDavid. The Wu-Dram Clan is a whisky team founded by three friends who have dedicated themselves to selecting only the best casks and bottling them under the Wu-Dram Clan label. Takesado Oj from Kyoto, Japan, Boris Borissov from Munich and Sebastian Jäger from the Black Forest also act as independent bottlers under the name Wu Dram Clan. For the 30-year-old Tobermory Whisky, they teamed up with Murray McDavid and tracked down a rare French oak cask in which the single malt spent its entire maturation period. The French oak cask gave the island whisky spicy elegance, depth and structure, which combines perfectly with Tobermory's maritime character. Multi-layered, complex and remarkably mild, the Single Malt, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025, presents itself at its best age, without any added colouring or chill-filtering, at a cask strength of 52.4% vol. and in Murray McDavid's Mission Gold series. The Mission Gold series stands for particularly old, rare and exceptional whiskies that have matured in special casks and come from distilleries all over Scotland.

This 26-year-old whisky from the Glen Scotia distillery, which has been matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead since 2021, is characterised by notes of molasses, maraschino cherry juice, blood orange, sea salt and miso. It is the oldest Single Malt bottling in the Chairman's Stock range and was bottled exclusively for the German market at 52.8% vol. at natural cask strength. Scotland's oldest independent bottler WM Cadenhead Ltd. presents a selection of casks from the private collection of the late Chairman Hedley G. Wright with the traditional "Chairman's Stock" series. The bottlings are released in small batches in order to conserve the limited stock. The range includes single cask whiskies at cask strength, which differ in age and cask type, further emphasising the variety of flavours of the exclusive whiskies.

This Glen Scotia bottling matured entirely in a first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, giving the Campbeltown malt fascinating sultana notes, accents of citrus fruits and sweet and sticky dates soaked in Manuka honey. The finish is infused with baking spices and lingering oak notes, making this a very delicate and elegant Single Malt Whisky. The unpeated distillate also ensures balance and slightly maritime facets.

The new single cask series from the Glen Scotia distillery offers a rare insight into the traditional Victorian style of the Campbeltown distillery. Behind the characteristic blue doors of the Dunnage Warehouses, selected single cask bottlings have been discovered that bear the special signature of Master Distiller Iain McAlister. The Classic Series, the first collection in this range, combines exceptional cask maturations and extremely limited stocks of smoky whisky. As Glen Scotia only produces peated spirit for one month a year, the peated editions are among the rarest bottlings of the house. Five individual casks were selected for the Classic Series No. 1, including three peated variants, which impressively reflect the character of these rare stocks. The high-quality finish of the series emphasises the claim to provide a particularly exclusive insight into the hidden treasures of the traditional Campbeltown distillery.

Michter's Toasted Barrel Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which is largely made from corn and initially matured for 5-8 years in burnt barrels made from fresh white oak. The whiskey is finished for 18 months in new, carefully toasted oak barrels. The staves of these special barrels were previously dried in a lengthy process. At 45.7% vol., this Bourbon has a full-bodied, balanced profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, warm spices and a gentle sweetness. The combination of classic Bourbon maturation and a toasted barrel finish makes it a special bottling with a complex flavour for discerning Bourbon connoisseurs.

The 20-year-old Highland Park is part of the Connoisseurs Choice series from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail and matured in a single refill sherry butt. It was bottled at 59.7% vol. at natural cask strength without chill filtering. The independent bottler and the Urquhart family cultivated important contacts with the distilleries decades ago and the range and the huge cask stock are now correspondingly diverse. Gordon MacPhail's bottlings include single cask bottlings or batches of a few casks as well as cask strength editions or special maturations, which are often regarded as original bottlings due to their outstanding quality. Michter's Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye stands for high-quality rye whiskey tradition from Louisville, Kentucky. The brand's roots go back to 1753, when John Shenk founded one of the oldest American distilleries. The legacy that Michter's continues today in the form of meticulous craftsmanship and uncompromising quality standards make the whiskeys special representatives of their guild. The Single Barrel Rye is made from a rye-accentuated mashbill, which gives the whiskey its characteristic, spicy and intense style. Each batch comes from a single barrel, which preserves the individual character of each bottling. Michter's uses carefully selected barrels made from new, charred American white oak. These are air-dried for a particularly long time before they are used. The maturation process in Kentucky's climate ensures a balanced combination of rye flavour, subtle sweetness and warm wood notes. At 46.4 % vol. (92.8 proof), Michter's Single Barrel Rye is strong, structured and at the same time pleasantly accessible. Typical flavours include spicy notes, vanilla, light caramel, citrus accents and soft oak. Michter's Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye is aimed at discerning whiskey lovers who appreciate the combination of single barrel character, traditional production and American whiskey history.

This Macallan Classic Cut is already the 9th bottling from the limited, annual series from Macallan. As is usual with Macallan, the Single Malt Whisky matured partly in sherry-seasoned casks made from American and European oak as well as ex-Bourbon casks. This gave it its dominant sweetness and balanced flavours, which are brought out very well by bottling at full strength (50.6% vol. this year). Another special feature of this bottling is that it will be the last in the series. This means that no more Macallan Classic Cut will follow.

This Glen Scotia is one of the smoky representatives of its kind and matured for almost 11 years in a single first fill Bourbon barrel. The smoky Campbeltown malt is characterised above all by its wonderfully balanced smoky character, but also presents tropical fruit notes, cinnamon flavours and beautiful layers of vanilla fudge. Wagemut The Spirit Traveller No. 7 was created from an assemblage from the Cognac region of Lhéraud. 50% of the ingredients have matured since 1990, i.e. for 34 years, and 50% for 20 years in the best French oak barrels. Wagemut was the first German company ever to bottle the cognac in its purest form at 49.4% vol. at cask strength. No added colourings, no flavour enhancers and no filtering. As a result, the Lhéraud Cognac presents itself as it is: complex, sublime and unique.
