Aroma: Der kommt sehr voll und komplex in die Nase, tiefste Sherry-Wein-Noten; dunkle süsse Früchte, aber auch dunkle Schokolade, Kaffeenoten, und der Rauch nur ganz sanft im Hintergrund, vielschichtig und sehr rund.

Geschmack: Anfangs süsslich beginnend und dann aber übernehmen vor allem die Kaffeenoten, die dunkle Schokolade, und eine Eichenwürze; auch hier der Rauch nur im Hintergrund; sehr ausgewogen, sehr harmonisch und äusserst komplex.

Abgang: Der Abgang mit der Eichenwürze und den Kaffeenoten ist ziemlich lange.

Kommentar: Er wird dem Namen "Deep and Complex" total gerecht.
