The Coole Swan liqueur is based on Irish single malt whiskey and fine Belgian white chocolate. The liqueur is an insider tip for connoisseurs with a sweet tooth. It tastes of fresh cream, aromatic cocoa and fragrant vanilla - all embedded in smooth notes of high-quality Irish Single Malt Whiskey.
Ingredients: Irish Single Malt Whiskey, white Belgian chocolate, fresh Irish cream, vanilla, cocoa, sugar, casein.
Allergy information: Casein proteins, dairy products (lactose), Irish cream.
Once opened, the bottle can be kept refrigerated for up to 6 months!

Geschmack: Vanilla Sweet Chocolate Alcohol

Kommentar: Sahne, Vanille, Weiße Schokolade und eine feine Whisky Note. Eignet sich auch gut zum Cocktail mixen. 4 Sterne da der Preis für einen Likör doch schon etwas höher ist. Ansonsten Top.

Chocolate Sweet Vanilla Almonds Cake

Kommentar: Süß ohne auf der Zunge klebrig zu wirken, dabei aber deutlich viskoser als der Branchenprimus (also weniger Zucker und dafür mehr Sahne). Die Schokolade wirkt mehr wie in Schokoladenmilch als in Kakao, also zurückhaltender und gleichzeitig länger anhaltend. Gut, jedoch in Anbetracht des Aufpreises ggü. Bailey's nicht vollumfänglich empfehlenswert. Dafür aber als Geschenk gut geeignet, da er geschmacklich jedem Bailey's-Genießer gefallen wird, aber hinreichend anders ist um nicht einfallslos zu wirken.
