Aroma Smoky with citrus and clementine. Followed by floral aromas, wild thyme, heather and sea roses.
Taste Delicate and soft texture. Smoke with sweet notes and oak. A combination of coconut, custard, lemon honey and smoked oysters.
Finish Long, smoky and slightly sweet with fruits.

Kommentar:

Nase: Kräftiger Rauch mit deutlichen Lagerfeuer- und Aschenoten. Dahinter süße Akzente, leichte Zitrusfrucht sowie eine fleischige Note, die an Schinken erinnert. Im Hintergrund ein Hauch Nelke.

Gaumen: Sehr rauchig und zunächst stark aschig. Danach entwickelt sich eine intensive Süße, während der Rauch etwas milder wird. Mit Zeit zeigen sich mehr fruchtige Noten. Im nächsten Schluck wieder kräftiger Rauch mit leicht phenolischem Charakter.

Abgang: Langanhaltender, angenehmer Rauch, begleitet von Süße und einer dezenten Eichenwürze.
