This Jura was first aged for 18 years in American white oak bourbon barrels. It then matured in red wine barrels from the Premier Cru in Bordeaux. In 2018, the standard Jura range was completely refocused.

Kommentar: ein unfassbar runder Whisky, sehr geschmeidig. Sherry ist spürbar, aber dezent. Dieser Whisky hat keine Ecken und Kanten und ist maximal einsteigerfreundlich. Vom Geschmack her würde ich 4 bis 4,5 Sterne geben, aber bei einem Preis von 70 Euro (Teilweise um die 60 im Angebot) ist das eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
