Aroma Dense bouquet of dried dark fruits, plums, dates and figs, complemented by rum-soaked fig pudding, walnut oil and subtle floral and herbal notes.
Taste Rich in cocoa and tea tannins, accompanied by sweet brandy fruitcake and a hint of espresso.
Finish Long lasting with tropical fruits such as guava, papaya and star fruit, which balance the tannins.

Kavalan 15th Anniversary Edition Oloroso Sherry Cask is another special tribute to the 15th anniversary of the Solist Single Cask series, along with the Kavalan 15th Anniversary Edition Ex-Bourbon Cask. This bottling is from the 2009 vintage and matured in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 57.1% vol. cask strength. It epitomises Kavalan's passion and precision in maturation and distillation. The bottle itself is simple and elegant, emphasising the exclusivity and clearly setting this single cask bottling apart from other whiskies on the market.

Aroma: Dichtes Bouquet aus getrockneten dunklen Früchten, Pflaumen, Datteln und Feigen, ergänzt durch Rum-getränkten Feigenpudding, Walnussöl und dezent blumige sowie Kräuternoten.

Geschmack: Reich an Kakao und Tee-Tanninen, begleitet von süßem Brandy-Fruchtkuchen und einem Hauch von Espresso.

Abgang: Lang anhaltend mit tropischen Früchten wie Guave, Papaya und Sternfrucht, die die Tannine ausbalancieren.
