Kavalan Distillery Select matures in a subtropical climate, which brings out its typically soft and fruity character.
Kavalan is the traditional name of the Yilan region in Taiwan, where the Kavalan Distillery is located. Among other things, the region lends itself to whisky production because it is known for its numerous natural springs that provide light and fresh water.
