Product description
The Kilchoman distillery presents the An Samhradh bottlings in the Uniquely Islay Series 2023, which ushers in the summer on the Hebridean island and stands for the outstanding cask management of the distillery. For the series, different cask types, vintages and smoke levels are bottled at cask strength.
This single cask bottling matured for over seven years in a single bourbon cask and is bottled at 56% vol. without chill filtering and in natural colour.

After more than 125 years, the Kilchoman farm distillery is the first new distillery to be built on the island of Islay. At the distillery, which was founded in 2005 and produces a 100 per cent Islay Single Malt, all production steps are carried out on site, from the cultivation of the barley to the filling of the bottles. read more
