Product description
The Highland distillery Nc'nean is committed to ecological quality and sustainability. The new and slightly modified cask combination was also used here. STR red wine casks were used for 55%, 43% matured in bourbon casks and 2% in Oloroso sherry casks. The malt is made from organic barley and is produced using 100% renewable energy. 0.05 litre miniature bottles are ideal for tasting Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Whisky.

The Nc'nean distillery on the Morvern Peninsula, which opened in March 2017, describes itself as Scotland's first organic Whisky distillery. The name is an abbreviation of Neachneohain, a ghost queen from Gaelic legends, and is pronounced 'Nook-knee-anne'. read more
