Product description
The Mermaid distillery is located on the Isle of Wight in England and produces authentic London Dry Gin. Botanicals from the local coast are used for the ingredients. These include juniper, hops, angelica, lemon zest, elderflower, liquorice root, violet root, coriander, grains of paradise and, in keeping with the coastal distillery, sea fennel. Environmental protection should not be neglected either. That is why production is always environmentally friendly and virtually plastic-. The popular gin is now also available in a 1 litre bottle!

    Kommentar: Die deutliche maritime Note, die sich im Abgang nochmals bestätigt, ist wahrscheinlich der Meerfenchel.
    Ich kann das nur vermuten, da ich die Pflanze noch nie gerochen oder

    Geschmack: Maritime Notes Lemon Spices zitronig aber nicht aufdringlich, sehr erfrischend, gute Balance zwischen Zitrus uns Kräutern, wenig Wacholder, was ich mag

    Kommentar: ich trinke Gin nie pur, als Gin Tonic ist der Mermaid Gin aber auf jeden Fall einer meiner Liebsten!

    Aroma: Citrus Herbs Maritime Notes Frische Zitronen und Kräuter. Ein wenig Meeresbrise steht in der Luft. Anfangs leicht stechend, aber das legt sich zum Glück schnell.

    Geschmack: Citrus Spices Wieder deutlich Zitrus, aber diesmal gemischt mit prickelnden Gewürzen.

    Abgang: Citrus Spices Herbs Neben den Zitrusnoten erscheinen auch die Kräuter nochmal. Und die Würzigkeit klingt angenehm aus.

    Kommentar: mit dem richtigen Tonic Water sehr erfrischend. Schöner Mix aus Wacholder, Zitrus, Kräutern, Gewürzen und Seebrise - das gefällt.
