With Nc'nean Botanical Spirit, you can expect an interesting combination of ingredients. Juniper, otherwise known from classic Gins, was married with bog myrtle, grapefruit and thyme to create a fruity and floral note. The young distillery from the west coast of Scotland has been producing in the triple distillation process since 2017.

The Nc'nean distillery on the Morvern Peninsula, which opened in March 2017, describes itself as Scotland's first organic Whisky distillery. The name is an abbreviation of Neachneohain, a ghost queen from Gaelic legends, and is pronounced 'Nook-knee-anne'. read more
