Product description
This Penny Blue is a sugar cane rum and comes from the Medine Distillery, which is based in Mauritius. The fresh sugar cane from the distillery's own plantation is pressed by hand and the resulting sugar cane juice is distilled in Pot Still stills. The distillate is then combined with sugar cane rum distilled in column stills. The result is a full and complex white rum that is bottled at 40% vol. without chill-filtering.
