The Horizon' is the first release of the Islands Series by Sailor's Home. After a maturation period of 10 years in American Bourbon barrels, this whiskey receives its special finishing touch in Caribbean Barbados rum barrels.
The independent company Sailor's Home is located in Limerick, Ireland, and is named after a local refuge and home for travelling sailors founded in 1856.

Kommentar: Lecker nach Früchten und leichter Süße. Im Abgang gar nicht so leicht wie man annehmen könnte, ich meine auch leichte Noten von Lakritz wahrzunehmen. Insgesamt aber lecker und gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis
