Taste Smoky and peppery with dried peaches, citrus notes, Christmas cake and earthy and woody notes.
Finish Long, warming, creamy and savoury with some liquorice.

The Three Ships Single Malt belongs to the Master Distiller's Private Collection from the South African James Sedgewick distillery. Andy Watts chose 12-year-old American oak casks for it, in which the malt matures particularly intensively in the hot African climate.

Kommentar: für dies Whisky muss man sich Zeit nehmen. Im antritt stark, danach lässt er nach. Hatte mir von einem 12er aus heissem Klima mehr erwartet. Trotzdem mal eine interessante Abwechslung
