West Cork Port was matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in port wine casks from Quinta Da Boeira in Porto.
The young company West Cork decided to completely dispense with dye or chill filtration for the redesign of their range.

As the name suggests, West Cork Distillers is located in the west of County Cork in Ireland. The independent craft distillery was founded in 2003 by three childhood friends: John O'Connell and cousins Ger and Denis McCarthy. What began as a small experiment in a back room developed into one of the largest Irish-owned distilleries in the country. Today, the distillery employs more than 140 people, many of them from the region, and produces Irish Whiskey, Gin and Vodka for a global audience. read more
