This Auchentoshan whisky expands the exclusive Signatory Monuments range, created in collaboration between Kirsch Import and Signatory Vintage. This small-batch expression is bottled at 50.8% vol. in an elegant Ibisco decanter and gains additional depth and richness from its sherry finish. Matured for 13 years and finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, this triple-distilled Lowlands Single Malt is significantly more intense than the distillery’s standard bottlings. The bottling is dedicated to the historic St Andrew’s Cathedral, one of Scotland’s most significant landmarks. The whisky impresses with a creamy texture and a harmonious blend of caramel, chocolate and subtle nutty notes.
