Description du produit
The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. This triple-distilled single malt whiskey is matured 47% in bourbon casks, 31% in PX sherry casks and 22% in Oloroso sherry casks. For a long time, it was the only single malt in the Irish distillery's standard range, but has now joined the newly designed core range and offers an exciting new cask combination with a higher proportion of bourbon casks.

    Aroma: kräftig nach Heu Kräuter etwas Süße

    Geschmack: Eiche Kräuter Herb dann kommt hinten raus das Sherry Fass mit Süße und Honig

    Abgang: leider zu kurz, die Süße und der Honig hält sich tatsächlich länger

    Kommentar: ganz verrücktes Zeug, aber sehr sehr gut.

    Abgang: Anhaltend, süß-würzig mit Honigaromen und Zietrusnuancen.
