The Eminente Ron de Cuba Gran Reserva Edition N°2 Sauternes Cask Finish is an outstanding Cuban rum that reflects the skills of traditional maestro roneros from Cuba at the highest level. Developed by César Martí, the renowned rum master behind the 10-year Gran Reserva series, this second edition is characterised by a particularly high proportion of matured eaux-de-vie made from Cuban sugar cane. Originally stored in oak barrels, the rum is given its special flavour through a final finish in selected Sauternes barrels. The finish gives it a harmonious sweetness and complex notes of honey, apricot and tropical fruit, which make the rum exceptional both on the palate and on the nose. The Gran Reserva Sauternes Cask Finish is ideal as an aperitif or digestive and is an authentic Cuban pleasure experience that is appreciated by connoisseurs and lovers of mature rums.
