Ensō Japanese Whisky is a carefully composed Pot Still Blend from Japan. Handcrafted with great attention to detail, this whisky combines fruity and floral notes with a subtle hint of vanilla and caramel - a smooth, harmonious profile that unfolds perfectly on its own as well as in long drinks and cocktails. The individual Pot Still whiskies are first matured in American oak barrels before being brought to Kiyokawa, where the blending experts combine the various components to create a balanced Ensō Blend. The exact origin of the distilleries remains a secret, but the Kiyokawa region - "pure river", located between Tokyo and the Tanzawa mountains - symbolises the perfect combination of tradition and modern craftsmanship in Japanese whisky. Ensō Blended Japanese Whisky is a versatile, elegant drop that appeals to both beginners and experienced connoisseurs and epitomises the characteristic precision and finesse of Japanese whisky making.
