The name The Demon's Share, for Marco Savio's creations, is derived from the 'Angel's Share' (which refers to the proportion of whisky that evaporates from the cask during storage), which is widely used in the whisky industry and which the founder renamed without further ado. This 12-year-old Demon's Share bottling from Panama is a tribute to Dante's Divine Comedy and its country of origin, Tuscany. After an initial maturation in oak barrels, the rum was matured in Chianti wine barrels and bottled at 41% vol.

    Geschmack: Reichhaltig und ausgewogen mit Noten von gerösteten Kaffeebohnen und angenehmer Bitterkeit, welche die Süße des Rums ergänzt. Ein Hauch von geröstetem Holz folgt mit dezent rauchigen Facetten.

    Abgang: Sanfte Würze mit Eiche, dazu rote Früchte mit etwas Holz.
