Timmer is the smokiest bottling in the Origins series, which comes from the Swedish High Coast distillery. The Single Malt matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks was produced with peated malt. The name "Timmer" is Swedish for wood and is reminiscent of the raftsmen who used to transport logs on the river Ångermanälven, which flows alongside the distillery. The 3rd batch honours those men and women who worked in icy water and warmed themselves by fires in the open air. The whisky has not been chill-filtered and no colour has been added.
