Glenfiddich Our Solera Fifteen is the only Single Malt from the distillery to be created using the solera process. Here, whiskies from different cask maturations (Oloroso sherry, Bourbon, new oak casks) are married in a unique solera cask. There, the flavours from the individual casks react with each other. It is therefore not a pure sherry cask whisky, as it is not stored using the solera method, but has only been married for a limited time. This process gives it the same fascinating flavours over the years. In 2019, Glenfiddich relaunched its core range with a new bottle design. The title 'Our Solera Fifteen' emphasises the special nature of the solera process used at the distillery. The origin was stylistically transferred to the bottle design: the V-engraving on the bottle symbolises the 'Valley of the Deer' (Glenfiddich in Gaelic), the distillery's place of origin.

Included in the scope of delivery are two glasses with the Glenfiddich stag on the bottom. So you can also enjoy the Single Malt in company. The popular single malt also comes in a limited edition, new and colourful design by Raku Inoue!

The Star & Key Mauritius Passion Fruit Rum was produced on the basis of fresh sugar cane juice from red and yellow sugar cane varieties. After fermentation in closed tanks, it is distilled in a specially constructed Coffey still. The infusion with passion fruit is carried out using the traditional Mauritian method, namely directly in the barrel. Former bourbon barrels and cognac casks are used for ageing before the rum is infused with passion fruit in the barrels. Mauritius, also known as the "Star & Key" of the Indian Ocean, is a small island state with a unique ecosystem. Sugar cane has been cultivated there since 1639. The Labourdonnais Estate, founded in 1856 and family-run for eight generations, is situated on 600 hectares of plantation land and is famous for its sugar cane quality and its historic manor house. Star & Key Rum is a single estate rum made from fresh sugar cane that reflects the terroir of the island. The entire production process - from harvesting to bottling - takes place directly on the estate. The passion fruit for the Passion Fruit Rum also comes from there.

Mother Mesccia Pure Single Rum is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between Prince Albert II of Monaco and rum expert Luca Gargano. It combines the natural originality of Haiti with the precise craftsmanship of Monaco. Its base is the Cristalline sugar cane from Michel Sajous in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, Haiti. After a long, natural fermentation process, the rum is traditionally distilled over a wood fire before being distilled a second time in Monaco's only distillery. The result is a fresh, floral rum with elegant notes of acacia honey and white pepper. The idea for Mother Mesccia harks back to Monaco's historic "mesccia" tradition from the 17th century, in which Caribbean rum was married with Marsala or Vermouth. This tradition is continued in a modern form and forms the basis of a new series of bottlings to be matured in liqueur wine barrels. Mother Mesccia is the first of these editions and symbolises the combination of origin, craftsmanship and history.

Kavalan's single malt, which is fully matured in Madeira Cask, comes from Taiwan and was created and bottled at cask strength with 57.8% vol. This special bottling has not been chill-filtered and is bottled without the addition of colour. The single cask maturation resulted in a bouquet of cinnamon, cherries and fine liqueur wine notes with accents of orange.

Glen Moray has been producing whisky in Speyside since 1897 and is known for the versatile cask maturation and finishes of its single malts. This bottling from the Warehouse 1 series was matured in tequila casks from Mexico after maturing in ex-bourbon casks, giving the characteristic Glen Moray style a complex sweetness, fruity, herbal and floral influences, which are emphasised by notes of intense oak and leather.
